Hi there @Elkyn, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting?
Usually this behavior is when you tracker for some reason is not longer paired to your account. The best way to tell if your tracker is unpaired, is to access to your account tab and see if the tracker's tile is available. If this is the case the best to do is to pair your tracker back.
