My stats and steps are blank for the last 3 days even though I clearly saw them being recorded on my Fitbit. My stats showed on the app yesterday but they are blank today. The app has been syncing so I don't know what's going on.

Welcome to the Forums @Jkuhlmeyer.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details on the situation.
The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you log out of your account and then log back in. That will force all details to be reloaded from the servers and will cause to show accurately.
If that doesn't work, please share some screenshots of how the steps are not showing. That way I can better understand what could be happening.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Having the same problems. Steps and active minutes are missing from last few days. I've done my minimum goal of 30 mins active, every day. It's recorded today, but have lost previous activity since last Tuesday afternoon. Really annoying, as it looks like I've done nothing for 4 days in a row! I have a dog and no garden, doing nothing is not an option. Grrr.

Hello @Jkuhlmeyer and @JactheHat.
Thanks for sharing your experience @JactheHat. @Jkuhlmeyer I'm glad to read that it seems to be working correctly for you.
@JactheHat In your case I'd like to recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That will force all data to be loaded from the servers so that it is all displayed correctly.
@Jkuhlmeyer If you have the time, be sure to visit one of our Discussion boards. Lots of different topics to talk about with other users. Maybe something in there will pique your interest.
Let me know if there are any other questions on the matter.

Yep, read that tip, tried it a few times. Still missing any activity from Tuesday afternoon through to Saturday. Only started registering movement on Sunday morning... Sigh.

I am having the same issue. My steps are showing, but no activity is being credited. How do I log out and back in?

Hello @JactheHat. Welcome to the Forums @Frandi518.
Thanks for trying those steps on the situation.
Could you both share some screenshots of what you are seeing? I'd like to see it for myself.
@Frandi518, to log out of your account you have to tap on the account tab on the main dashboard of the app. Then scroll down and click on the button to log out.
In addition, let's keep an eye on the whole situation and let me know right away it if happens again in the future.
I look forward to your reply.

Sorry, not sure how to screen grab on my phone, had to do it on my laptop...
Pls see the gap between 21-26 May. I walk the dog every day, and the morning walk to the park typically shows up every day. Plus whatever else I've done on top.
Also, my Charge 3 doesn't always automatically register a run or walk, it seems to be quite random. I've started to take it off, and input exercise by hand, which kinda defeats the point of buying it - and I like to see my heartrate changes.
I'm not overly keen on this Charge 3, and wish I'd stuck with the Alta after losing my last one... 😞
Thanks.

Hello @JactheHat and @Jkuhlmeyer.
Thanks for sharing that picture and explaining the situation @JactheHat. @Jkuhlmeyer I'm glad to read that it populated and is working correctly now.
@JactheHat In this case it is definitely possible that it has happened because the Fitbit didn't recognize the walks instead of the information not being logged. You can click here to read more about how automatic tracking works.
It is important to mention that this could be happening because of the movement when you go for walks. In order for the Fitbit to recognize the activity it needs to sense continuous movement for a certain amount of time with a constant intensity. If you stop moving, reduce the intensity then the Fitbit will think that you have not continued that activity. In the cases you mentioned, if you are forced to stop before crossing the street or if your dog stopped and you stopped with it then that could cause an interruption in the time and intensity required for the Fitbit to begin tracking that activity as a walk.
I hope this clarifies the situation. Let me know if there are any other questions I can help you with.

No, that doesn't answer the question at all. I've done nothing different from previous days, and therefore should be acknowledging the same walks I have done, as on the other days. I have not done nothing for those missing days. As mentioned, I have a dog, and every day since having her for over 2 years now, at least 2 out 3 of our walks are typically tracked and noted. A technical hitch, as I'm positive they were showing! For some reason they've disappeared. I have not deleted anything. Fitbit watches and software is getting steadily worse. Considering the increasing competition out there, Fitbit should be more on it. Disappointed to say the least, considering the amount of money I've spent on this charge 3.

Thanks. I'm just putting it down to a technical failure. I only ever take it off for a shower, more so lately for specific excerise, but then log it manually. I've been as active as any other day, and typically aim, and hit or do more than, 10,000 steps from Monday through to Saturday. I was at my desk yesterday evening for about 20-30 mins yesterday, and it's logged it as gentle outdoor cycling. I don't have a bike, nor was I outdoors. 😱😬😄😂 Heyho. Will try and avoid buying Fitbit in the future...
