Steps per 15 min capped

Hello,

 

Today the steps from my morning workout are not shown properly in the app (android or web) and are capped at 1155 steps per 15min. My ionic is showing the right number of steps (33 000) on the face but 23000 in the today recap on the watch and in the app as a result of this. The watch is syncing fine.

Has this happened to anyone before ?

Thanks for sharing that picture and explaining the situation.

 

Did you manually log an activity? That could explain why the steps are distributed and capped like that, it is usually the way in which a manual activity displays. If you did, let's try to remove it and see if that improves the situation.

 

If you have not manually logged an activity, it could be that the app is not properly loading all information. I'd recommend trying to log out of the app and then back into it. Doing that will force it to download all data from the servers again and should correct the information.
