A warm welcome to the Community @Jackmoth! I would like to know which phone are you using? In the meantime, please make sure that you've followed these steps to set up notifications. 

 

Also, if you haven't done a reset to your Versa, please give it a try.

Same problem on Pixel. Problem started with Android Pie update. No longer get text, phone notifications on Charge 2.
