Steps per hour not working

Would love to know what math is being used here 1192 steps for the day

Hourly has 55 max and 87 total

Watch says 2 hours active - app and web say 0

Hi @MarkJobe your title suggests that the question will be about hours with at least 250 steps for the hour. 

This tile is calculated when requested to be displayed by looking at the total steps counted for each hour. 

It might help seeing a shot of the days steps displayed on the app.

Watch shows this, App shows 4/10 9am and 10 am missing

It is 4pm EST now

The watch says 7 / 10 right now ( 3 hrs left in the day  using 9 am to 7pm)

The phone app  says 5 / 10

Web app says NO steps before 11am  - I have been up and moving since 7 am

We know their currently is a problem, with some users, with the 250 hour count in the app, I don't know if it is carried over into the web version.
