Steps per hour, sleep and heart rate

On Thursday my heart rate stopping working, my steps per hour stopped working, my activity minutes stopped working and my sleep tracking stopped working. I unpaired my device and repaired and it still isnt working. Any suggestions? I have a versa

It would help if you could be more specific about "stopped working".  What exactly are the symptoms, on the Versa itself or the app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

In the app my steps per hour are not counted and in the app and on the
versa my heart rate is not capturing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app
and I unsynced the versa to the app and it didnt change.

Same issues but I did a restart of Fitbit, hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo appears.

Heart rate came back but steps per hour not. On the Versa itself I can see steps per hour updated
