hey I upgraded to a charger HR roughly week and half a go. Everything going grand. Decided to get up pump more steps in I counted 500 by counting 2 steps as one so as I'd get my 500, lucky they gave me 100 if that but watch is reading the same as app. Has this happened to anyone before? If so could you advice or offer a solution thanks

Hello @wee_kels73!
I'd like to make sure I fully understand the situation. Could you please elaborate a bit more on what exactly happened? I'm led to believe that the tracker is not counting enough steps but the specific mention of counting 2 steps as one is a tad confusing.
Look forward to your reply so that I can help you get this straightened out.

The last two days my android phone app says it cannot find tracker and will not sync. The phone and fitbit are sitting next to each other.

Hello @wee_kels73! Also, thanks for stepping into the Forums @Mikesh!
@wee_kels73 Thanks for the clarification! It'd like to ask you a few questions that could provide me with a better understanding of the accuracy issues. Are you using your hand on your dominant or non-dominant hand? Are you right or left handed? How tight or loose are you wearing your tracker?
Regarding the battery, these tips should help you improve the battery life:
1. Turn off quick view. You can reach this setting by going into your tracker's settings.
2. Turn off Always Connected. You should be able to see it by tapping on your trakcer's picture at the top of your app's Dashboard and then scrolling down.
3. Reduce the amount of alarms.
4. Do not check your stats continuously. It's better to sync and then check them on the app.
@Mikesh Let's try to restart the Bluetooth on the phone. Turn the Bluetooth off for 5 seconds and then back on. Now try to sync once more time. Be sure to turn off any other Bluetooth devices that could be interrupting the connection.
Please let me know how it goes!

Going to try what you suggested. I can't get it to match on my blue tooth as I've TV 2 sound bars. I've tried reconnecting and charge hr says hold button for 3 seconds. When I do it brings up stopwatch not what it shows on the screen. Also was going to reset it but can't remember and don't wanna lose my stuff I've done.
