I just switched from my Samsung gear back to fitbit, samsung wasn't very accurate for calories burned but I liked the tech features. Now I'm upset I switched,I worked out in the morning and hit my step target goal by 2pm, it was totally wiped clean by 3pm, what's the point in having a fitbit if your app isn't compatible with syncing to the Fitbit? I'm really upset, these watches are expensive, the company needs to get its act together. It's your tracker and your app why can't the sync properly? It's frustrating.

my fitbit fitbit 3 wont wont with my android one plus 6.. Since yesterday 19.12.2019. i have tried everything. Uninstalling the app.. rebooting my phone and my device. And its frustrating that im in the middle of a challenge and my steps won't sync. I have had this watch since February 2019 and have never had such an issue. Is it related to the upgrade? I would appreciate some assistance

Welcome to the Community Forums @Sakina_c, sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate the details that were shared with me, thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your OnePlus 6 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply if you require further assistance.
