My app steps won't stay when they sync.

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're able to sync your Fitbit device but at the moment you check the Fitbit app you're unable to see the steps that were successfully synced? If such is the case, please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using. Also, please let me know which Fitbit device you have, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then. In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device and do the following:
