Still having syncing issues

I am continually having syncing issues with app or laptop. My alta will sync for 2 or 3 days and then will not sync again, app sats it cannot reach fitbit.com

@foxglove2 I recommend checking out the suggested troubleshooting in this help article: "Why won't my tracker sync?" Let me know if that helps or if you get stuck at a particular section of the troubleshooting.

I have done all that has been suggested but my alta has not sync the since the update last Thursday. I removed the device and started all over again and now can't even add it back - please help.
