Hello all...my temperature graph has returned but still no oxygen graph! Really surprised a tech has not posted on the forum on  whats wrong, or a time when there will be a fix.

Hello all..thanks for everyone's feedback on not having temp graph and oxygen graph working. Just 2 days ago I emailed support on a live chat. While my temp graph came back a week ago oxygen did not. Anyway tech support said they would look into it. Today graph came back! Don't know the problem but letting going on live chat seemed the fix! Thanks!

Hi, today, oxygen graph is gone and temperature did not register again. Hopefully there will be a fix soon...

@Pitpat4981 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. Let's double check the following:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation, confirm you have an SpO2 clock face installed (available on Ionic, Sense, and Versa series) or the SpO2 app (available on Sense and Versa 3). For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

This affected me too until I updated to 3.44 version. Amazingly, everything works FINALLY. Before that, I had no breathing rate or spO2 readings for a month and my mindfulness sessions wouldn't link to the app from my Sense. If you haven't yet, update the Fitbit app my friend!
