Is your device completely unresponsive? Is the display not working but you can see that the heart rate sensors are on? I'll be waiting for your reply to provide you with assistance. For syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
