My starva is showing as not authorised and i cant revoke access to try and reconnect it? anyone else having this issue on the fitbit versa?

If they are not authorized there is nothing to revoke, go to your Strava account and link up. Fitbit.

tried that Rich, i click connect, just takes me through to my fitbit account and nothing happens, just goes to the dashboard.

It still shows as connected on the web http://prntscr.com/ohz4v5

but unauthorised on the android app 😞

I'm not sure which android app it is that you say shows as unauthorized. 

You could either void the connection from both ends or as suggested in other places contact Fitbit.

Hi have the same problem. My Strava says it's authorised. When I go into Strava and "connect device" it links with fitbit and opens the fitbit dash but nowhere to setup the link.

The watch says "go to strava settings on your fitbit mobile app to log in"

@McLoz are you asking about the Strava App on your watch? 

If so then what your asking is not related or the same as the connection Fitbit and Strava. The Strava connections, your Strava is enabled is between your Fitbit.account. The Strava App on the device is simply a mini dashboard o setup Strava on your watch, open the Fitbit, go to your trackers settings. 

Click on Apps, then look for Strava, click on the settings gear to the right. Now log into your Strava account.

Mine also does this, it means I can't set a run or exercise on my watch I have to do it on my phone!!

I'm not sure what your saying @Pem20 or what it is that is happening. 

If Strava and Fitbit are connected. Using the run recording on the tracker will record your run. When finished Fitbit will send this to Strava 

The Strava app on the tracker is not used to record any exercise, 

To log into this app, open the Fitbit app. 

Tap the tracker. 

Tap apps 

Find strava

Tap the gear to the right

Now login to your Strava account.
