The stress management app will work for a day or two and then it quits I talk to tech support they have me change a few things it works for a day or two and then quits again. I find trying to use the app is more stress than it's worth.

I got a reading today after 4 days with nothing at all, we'll see what the next couple of days bring but if I get nothing again it's just not worth the effort anymore to use the app.

Could you tell me what changes support had you make?
The stress management score is the reason I went with this sense. I never got a stress score! I’ve gotten one maybe once a week.

They had me change how I was wearing it and just how tight I wore the unit
they had me changed my sleep to more sensitive for one thing and then
change it back to normal. And as far as I can tell everything is there that
it should need to do this but yet it doesn't so I have to assume it's not
the Fitbit unit itself it's the app that just doesn't know what to do with
the information.

Same issue here. Have premium, stopped getting stress mgmt breakdown. Everything else works fine but they want me to buy a new device...m Did you ever get the issue fixed?
