I am unable to see my stress management breakdown. I have the stress management tile, I can click on it and see my score. However I cannot see the breakdown. It says it requires premium to see. I do have fitbit premium so I don't understand the issue.

Hi, @Mwright98 , on the opening screen of your app, at the very top you should see the words “Fitbit Premium”. Are you seeing that? (Just to confirm your Premium subscription is properly recorded.)
When you click on the stress management tile you should see something that looks like this:
Is that what you are seeing? The information at the top is your breakdown of how the score is calculated between responsiveness, exertion and sleep. The words “Score breakdown included with Fitbit Premium” is not clickable for further information. The information is all there.
if you are not seeing the breakdown as displayed in the picture above, it may help to delete your app and then re-download it. Make sure you know the email address you used to register your account (and sign up for Premium!) and password, because after re-downloading the app you will need to log in again.

I have this issue. They want me to buy a new device but it records everything fine and I get the stress management summary just not the breakdown and I have premium. Would love to know if/how you got this resolved.

I have this issue. Used to get the stress management breakdown and it's suddenly stopped. They want me to buy a new device but it records everything fine and I get the stress management summary just not the breakdown. I cleared device data, rebooted, reinstalled app but still have the issue. I have premium. Would love to know if/how you got this resolved.
