I track walks on my fitbit, and I get an notice from my app that I've fulfilled x of y workouts. I try to go into the workouts too look at the different walks I've been on it only spinns. I'm not able to look at any workouts in detail.
It's several months old issue. Only workaround is to force stop the app. Then it should load your workouts. I have reported that months ago but apparently fixing this issue isn't a priority for Fitbit.
