My stress management has stopped working. It does not give any metrics for it. It has been 3 days and still nothing. It was working fine prior.

@Minpinny It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thank you for letting me know that your stress management score used to show up before.
Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night; then, check your score after you wake up in the morning. In order for the score to show on your Fitbit app please make sure that your heart-rate tracking is turned on.
Let me know how it goes.

@Minpinny Thank you for getting back. I appreciate that you confirmed you're wearing your Fitbit Sense the whole day.
Please check the following requirements to get the Stress management score:
- Take 500+ steps today
- Wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours today
- Wear your Fitbit device to sleep for at least 3 hours between 8 PM and 1PM tomorrow
- Sync your Fitbit device successfully to the app after waking up tomorrow
I noticed other users mentioned that if they sleep before 8PM, they don't the Stress management score, please let me know if your bedtime has changed during the past couple of days.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

What ???
We need to sleep for at least 3 hours between 8 PM and 1PM ??
Why ?
Sometime i work at night or go to sleep after 9PM. I want to be able to sleep whenever i want and still have a Stress management score
Just don't have a predetermined window, take any 3h window when we sleep

My bedtime is before 8pm due to work and because of this I will not get a stress management score? I do the required items so why can I not obtain the score?

Hi. I'm hoping to get help from someone. My stress management score hasn't shown up for over a week and I'm meeting all of the requirements for the score to be calculated. Thanks.

@SilviaFitbit does doing an EDA scan help with obtaining a stress score?

@Rich_Laue Thanks for your input. Not really, if the stress management score doesn't appear on the app, the best to do is check that you have the following:
- Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
- Take at least 500 steps during the day.
- Make sure your device can track your heart rate
Hope this helps.

My fitbit has been calculating and displaying my stress management score for months and suddenly the past 3 days nothing. I have met all the requirements for obtaining the score, in fact I only take my fitbit off for showering and I have well over 500+ steps/day. Seems like reading these posts there is a problem.

@WincoRN Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate that you've checked the requirements mentioned above. I'd like you to make sure that your Sense is tracking sleep stages at night and in the morning try syncing your watch to ensure the data tracked transfers to your app. Learn more about it by checking this article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope this helps.

@JamieLeighPry Hi there. Thank you for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
Your excitement for this feature is appreciated. Fitbit is in the process of rolling out the stress management feature. You can expect to see the feature within your Fitbit app in the next few weeks.
Thank you for your understanding. 😀

When I tried to activate this feature, I got a message that I had to agree to the data sharing that Firbit is collecting. However the Accept response was greyed out with a statement that I needed to have the correct permissions enabled in the app for stress management to work. But it did not tell me what parameters had to be set. I wonder whether they were referring to the Peivacy parameters all being set to Public. Maybe this is why you're having trouble getting it to work - certain data collection parameters need to be set by you. Just a suggestion...

Can we be honest here, that the feature suggestion board is the graveyard of mis-Fitbit suggestions?

Yes, I think the tact of admitting there’s an issue here rather than make a ton of users think it’s something they’re doing wrong is the better avenue to take. There is clearly something wrong with this feature. I have a new sense and in over a week it has not tracked this once, and yes all of my settings are correct.

I have a versa 2 and pay for premium and there is no line item for me to view my stress management info. App and watch are both up to date. How do I get to the app to list stress management as an option so I can view my stress management score as advertised?
