Best AnswerI've got a Versa 2 and it's never worked no matter how many app updates I do. My wife has a Charge 5 and works straight away. Feels like someone is nudging us to spend more and get an upgrade.

@APK47 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. Your feedback and comments are appreciated, this helps us to continue improving our services offered.
Check the following, as this could be why the stress management score isn't displaying:
Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
Take at least 500 steps during the day.
Make sure your device can track your heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerIf I may, I also have a problem regarding this on sense (one of many). On 13 octomber I was charged for 1 year of fitbit premium after 3 months of free fitbit premium. Since I was charged I have no score for the stress management. What can I do in this case? Thanks

@glodanM Thank you for the screenshot shared.
Let's try deleting the stress tile and install it again, then wait 1 night for the stress score to display.
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerIt actually doesn’t help. You repeat the same thing over and over and everyone is already telling you they have been following these steps. It’s time fitbit starts owning up to their faulty technology. Your responses are a waste of time and insulting.
I've been wearing my Versa 3 all day every day, all might every night average 12000 steps a day use the mindfulness app and log stress every day and have never once had a result. You need to desist from the same old same old advice as it is clearly not helpful and consider that the feature is just useless. Or seek more useful advice from the developers
Best AnswerMy Fitbit sensor stopped giving me my stress score for the last two days. It had been working fine until now and unsure how to get it working again. I’ve read some of the posts about wearing it at least 14 hours and logging at least three hours of sleep between 8pm-1pm and meet that as well. What’s up with this??
Best AnswerMy fitbit only tracks on days I go to bed after 8.
Best AnswerI have the same problem. So, I guess we can't take it off to shower either? Is that what you mean by all day and night? I sleep between 17:00 and 01:00 because of my shift work. That definitely includes 20:00 to 01:00. And yet I've only gotten one stress score. This app is causing more stress than anything else.
Best AnswerHi, I've been doing all these stress management requirements and it's still never shown my stress management score. I only ever remove my fitbit in the shower, and when I charge it once a week.
"Please check the following requirements to get the Stress management score:
- Take 500+ steps today
- Wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours today
- Wear your Fitbit device to sleep for at least 3 hours between 8 PM and 1PM tomorrow
- Sync your Fitbit device successfully to the app after waking up tomorrow"
I've done all of these every day since I bought the versa 2, a year or two ago.
Hopefully I can find out why it's not working soon.

I have a Charge 4 and I am on Android, and mine has always worked. I only see scores from weekends and holidays b/c I don't wear my Fitbit during the day at work, so I don't get the required time.
Have you checked: Why don’t I see my stress management score in the Fitbit app?
