Stress management score not working

My stress management has stopped working. It does not give any metrics for it. It has been 3 days and still nothing.  It was working fine prior.  

Sence fitbit

Wow!  They have suggested I do same but I don't believe it's the device. Did you ever get the issue fixed?

Yes.  I had to wait for an app update to come through.  Usually when something goes wrong it's on their end.

My stress management score doesn't work either, hasn't worked for months. Only time it is not on my wrist is whilst it charges.

Shame as was an interesting detail to know. I like to know how the score is broken down to the three factors. 

Fitbit, can you sort it put? These fitbit sense were expensive and for the functions not to work properly is poor. When thinking of upgrading other brands will have to be considered that are more reliable

Stress mgmt breakdown randomly stopped working on my charge 4. Used my husband's new Sense 2 he wasn't using until premium trial ran out. Sense 2 included 6 months of premium but that device doesn't clock up my active minutes properly + stress management breakdown wasn't working there either. So much for Fitbit's "It's a device issue - buy another one!" What a nerve! Moved over to my one of my kid's Inspire 2. Still no stress breakdown. We've got these devices for now but once they break down I will move to the competition. Software doesn't work, step tracking doesn't work on the Sense 2 and customer service diabolical.
