  • The new update is horrible - especially the sleep graph! I use the information from this part of the app daily and the previous version was very user friendly when comparing my 30 average and age group to today's stats & seeing time spent in each phase. The new version looks like a Dennis the Menace path with its dotted lines and text mixed in. Please bring back the old version!

So you ruin the app design for everyone because you want to help color blind users? You could easily put down an option for accessibility that would make it accessible to color blind people. Anyone who doesn’t need that option should get an app that works.

It’s been nothing but a pain in the **ahem** causing a lot of time and grief. I have a charge six it’s fairly new. I keep it clean and updated and babied and coddled Google wants everybody To buy a pixel and they can’t even run a small Fitbit I’m just so frustrated. I really need to sleep score I’ve been a premium member for a long time and don’t deserve this as many of us was patiently waiting for them to work out the bugs, but when it messes with my sleep score, it’s upsetting.

I do not mind it being redesigned, but I would just like it to work. It keeps screwing up my sleep. The watch is clean. It’s brand new. It’s baby. It’s coddled. I don’t understand. It’s just because of the update. There’s other problems. I was patiently waiting for them to work out the bugs, but it seems to be getting worse. I’m very frustrated as a premium member.

Terrible. My Premium renewal is scheduled for November and I will be canceling it.

I just got suckered into updating my app - which I'd sworn never to do again after the missing battery percentage debacle of a year ago - and now the feature that made me pay for Premium is ruined. Google is trying to kill off Fitbit and herd everyone into buying a Google watch. Really makes you nostalgic for the old "don't be evil" days.
