About once a week, my Android app will declare that it cannot sync my Versa, and then offers a "FIX IT" button which opens a FitBit webpage giving a long list of foreign tech-support style suggestions like turn on/off your device, Bluetooth, etc.
However, to fix it 100% every time, I simply open the system menu for the Fitbit app and
Then the Fitbit app will sync with my device every time after opening it.
Fitbit should know better by now since this "FIX IT" button has been appearing in the app for at least a year. Not only does the "FIX IT" button waste millions of hours or more for its users on things that are NOT the problem, but the Fitbit app should automatically try to stop and clear its own cache. I must force-stop/clear-cache about once a week.

Thanks for your suggestions, @GoodGuy5000HD, it may help others with a similar problem. On mine, whenever it cannot sync, I can simply turn off the phone Bluetooth, wait about a minute, and turn the Bluetooth back on. It will always sync after that.
