Versa won't keep time or sync with my Samsung Galaxy 9+

I have noticed since the last update that my Versa will not keep time! This is very frustrating since I use it as my alarm in the morning and it has made me late for work twice! I have done all of the troubleshooting steps listed. Turn off and on the app, turn off and on Bluetooth, Uninstaller and reinstall the app, set Versa to factory settings and start all over. I have never had this issue in the past and could always rely on my fitbit. I turn my phone off at night but that has never been a problem in the Versa keeping time until just a few days ago!! HELP!

@B1022frank A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.

I appreciate the details mentioned. I see where your frustration is coming from.

As long as your Fitbit Versa syncs to the Fitbit app at least once a day, there shouldn't be any issue with it keeping the timezone. Please make sure you have followed these instructions to set the correct timezone, delete the alarms and set them up again. Are you receiving any error message when trying to sync your Versa?

Let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately it is not the time zone that I am losing, it is actual time. When I wake up in the morning my Versa is 20-30min behind the actual time. It then takes an hour or 2 to sync with my phone once I turn my phone on. I get notifications right away on my Versa but it takes awhile before the time syncs. Any other ideas? Right now I cannot rely on my Versa for accurate time. Very frustrating.
