Is there some charges involve while connected fitbit Surge with Samsung S5 Mobile because once the data connection is off the fitbit surge automatically disconnected with the Mobile?

@Saqib Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Your Surge will not charge while connected to your mobile device. It should only charge when plugged to the charging cable. If you are having problems syncing your tracker; follow these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices (check @SunsetRunner's steps on that post). That should help fixing the issue.
