Surge won't sync since last update

Fitbit Surge won't sync with my Android device since the last software update on August 10, 2017. Location services are on, permissions are granted, both phone and watch have been restarted, the watch has been paired again, and the app has been reinstalled. I'm STILL getting "Tracker not found" in the app. Galaxy S5. Android version 6.0.1  Fitbit version 2.55.

Hi there @lifeofpie, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! This software update was with the Fitbit app or you mobile OS. There is a case with Samsung users who are experiencing syncing issues. If this is your case please check the following post.
