Surge won't with sync with S6Edge

I can't get my tracker to sync about once a day. Other than that I get an error message saying "Tracker not found". Help me please!

@ACloud Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange as the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a compatible device. I will recommend to follow these syncing troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Also, log out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back in.

I've tried that multiple times. I even took my old Surge back and had it replaced and its still not syncing correctly.

I have noticed that when I sync it with my laptop it will update 50% of the time.

I also can't get calls or texts to alert me thru the Surge. I've been through all of the troubleshooting steps I could find in the community.

One thing that did work great was the gps!
