I have a Samsung Android phone that I had to reset in doing so it was not communicating with my Fitbit so how do I get my Fitbit to reconnect to the Fitbit app on my phone I tried to pair with the number but it just keeps thinking any suggestions please would be greatly appreciated

Having tried resetting your phone without any joy, I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
