LG K20 Plus running Android Nougat 7.0.

Fitbit App version 2.88 (20213369)

Fitbit Versa Firmware Version 32.33.1.30

 

Yesterday, I noticed the Fitbit Sync Service on my phone in the notification dropdown was flashing. when I pulled down the dropdown, and swiped the service to clear it, it wouldn't go away, it just kept on trying to sync, stop , sync, stop, etc. I also noticed that my Versa battery dropped from about 70% in the morning to about 44% by Noon. I went into the app and turned off All Day Sync, and it stopped for a short time, but then shortly started doing it again and by 3PM the battery was 16% and completely dead by 4PM. I've had my Versa for well over 6 months without battery issues. I fully charged the Versa for 2 hours as recommended and now it seems to be working normally. I just want to know, has anyone else had this issue before or know what could have caused this? It just seemed kind of strange.

Update: It's not working right, woke up this morning to a dead battery. It was 60% when I went to bed, which is still low for being charged in the morning and it did not make it through the night.

+1 to this issue. Another Android Nougat user here.

System UI keeps crashing because of the notification widget. Its average 3hr memory usage is 109MB.

The crashes stop and the phone goes back to smooth operation the moment I turn off the notification widget.
