The device can never be synced with the Honor View 10 device and that very annoying.
Please suggest any solution without restarting or rebooting the device.

Restarting has the best chance of fixing syncing issues but as you don't want to hear that how about getting a phone that is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Hi I purchased 2 honor 10 phones 1 for myself and 1 for my wife and from day 1 they would not sync with our charge HRs. I followed the advice posted on this site but could not get it to work even after many resets of the devices and the bluetooth on the phones .1 of the phones could see the device but it still would not sync. I did however eventually get it to work and it has not been working on both devices for over a week.
The main issue seems to be if the device times out with the honor 10 in the first place it does not re establish a link (bluetooth issue). So the process: Use a fully supported device (I borrowed a samsung galaxy S3) and with the fitbit app installed log in to your account and sync. (this should work on a fully supported device) as soon as it is finished turn off the samsung log into your honor 10 and run sync. It seems that when it only has a small amount of data to transfer it works. It has then continued to work once this link has been established even though we are now only syncing every couple of days. I hope this helps some people out there since it was VERY frustrating to be told my device was not supported.
