Sync issue with phone

Fitbit sync ok but not the phone on the same page. it used to but hasn't in 4 days

Fit bit syncs phone says it hasn't synced in 6 days. All data moves from
watch to phone and is accurate. Help center at Fitbit doesn't help and
don't hinkle they ever grasped the problem.

Where do you see that your phone hasn't synced in 6 days?
