Sync issues with 3rd party app

I have a Samsung S9 and sync with Castlight app. Fitbit stopped syncing 2 days ago. I had blocked location permissions when prompted 2 days ago and have since turned them back on through Android settings per the forum instructions. However, it has not fixed the sync issues. No other changes occurred with my phone or the apps 2 days ago that may have stopped the syncing.

Thanks for the information provided, and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, do you mean that your information isn't syncing with the Fitbit app, or do you refer to the Fitbit data not syncing with Castlight app? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

 

Since your Samsung Galaxy S9 is a supported device, I'd suggest to try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth settings and locations services in your phone.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Turn the Bluetooth and location services back on.
  5. Log back into the Fitbit app and sync your details.

Thank you. I completed the steps this morning and it appears to be syncing now.
