Sync issues with alta

Since day 1 my Alta and my app don't sync properly. For my Bluetooth to sync it the wifi has to be turned off? Weird. Now, it won't do any updates. And most recently anytime I open the app it says the date and time on my phone are wrong so it won't sync anything at all. Any suggestions?

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row make sure to follow the instructions that @CindyFitbit shared, if the issue persists try the troubleshooting steps on the article and keep an eye on it.
