Sync issues

For a couple of days after the sleep tracking issues were fixed syncing worked great. The last two or three days the app says it can't find my tracker. Anyone else noticing this issue?

I am having the same issue. My tracker is not found when trying to manually sync. Tried to turn blue tooth off and then restart. Unsuccessful. Tried unpairing and repairing..unsuccessful.

Today it is working again. Hopefully the issues are fixed.

I have had sleep tracking not working for 10 days.  I have called numerous times.  I have tried every step they suggested.  Now they say their engineering department is working on it.?  

The main reason for getting the fitbit was for sleep issues. Now I am wondering how long I have to wait? 

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have uninstalled app, forgotten the device. Put on charger and did a hard
reset and then reinstalled app, re-paired and it seems to be working.
