I cannot get my charge 2 to sync regularly. It randomly syncs once every few days. It will sync exercise and calories but not sleep or steps. No notifications work
I schedule a sync and it doesn't work
I have restarted phone, made sure Fitbit is charged, updated app. Forgotten pairing and re-paired with Fitbit. Nothing seems to work. Help please

Hello @Rnaylor, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering which model of mobile device are you using? It is possible due to the syncing issues all the other features are failing since your tracker is not able to maintain an stable connection with your phone.
Make sure your phone is listed as supported in our list of compatible devices.
Also I was reading you have tried different solutions on your own.
