Sync since update on 3/19

I have the Charge 3 and a Samsung S9+.  I noticed after the 3/19 update my Fitbit was not syncing with my phone.  I tried several times and it did not work.  Searching forums for solutions, I've since reset my Fitbit by holding in the button for 12 seconds and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Now the app cant find my charge 3.  When trying to add new device I see the green checkmark for found but then the screen quickly changes to device not found and asks for mentoring restart bluetooth or try again.  Not sure what I can do.  Any suggestions welcome.  Thank you in advance.

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get the Fitbit to work once again. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like for you to do is to try following all of the steps listed in this help article. It should help so that the set up goes through and it starts working correctly again. While you have absolutely tried some of the steps showing in that article, please try going through all of them in the order that they show up.
