Just bought a new fitbit inspire and can't sync it up with my virgin pulse app..
Steps not registered on my Motorola Droid z phone either.plz help.

I will assist you with the syncing issues and linking your app. For syncing issues please follow these instructions. Regarding the app, the link is between your Fitbit account and the other account. You will need to go to the Virgin Pulse app and search for the integration with other devices, Fitbit should be one of the options. Once this is done both accounts should be sharing the data that Virgin dictates.
