I have a flex on my account but changed to alta. I can't get it to sync to my phone ? I want to erase flex and add alta. I have done everything as suggested but no joy. The screen on my alta just says fitbit.com/setup ???

@Aliodon try setting it up as a new device on an existing account. Be sure to sync the Flex one last time before setting up the Alta.

It keeps saying make sure your device is turned on when you tap it. All I
get is the screen with fitbit.com/setup then it goes blank ??

@Aliodon I recommend restarting the Alta and giving syncing another try. Let me know if that helps get you up and tracking.
