Why is my fitbit on my mobile not syncing, trying for just under a week now..sometimes it says their is a problem with Bluetooth and cancel if this is the first time I've seen this or reset Bluetooth? I have done both and it starts to sync..but then nothing and goes back to the "stuck" date and time!
I have uninstalled the app and reset..I have rebooted my Moby and powers off.. Bluetooth been off and on....
Still nothing...HELP Please...

Having tried rebooting the phone without any luck, I would try rebooting the fitbit using the following procedure:

If that doesn't help then try forgetting the link to the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. You could also go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
