Can't get my charge 3 to synch with my Android, Moto E ?? HELP

My charge 3 , won't synch with my phone ,. Was working fine. ???

Hi @Drywalljohn, what model iPhone do you have?  There are several supported models, but not every model is listed as a supported device.

Android , Moto E , it was working fine until yesterday , now my dashboard /
phone won't synch keep saying device not found . I already restarted my
charge 3.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I have been having the same issue for about 5 weeks. I finally found someone who helped. It would up being a setting on my Android phone that got changed somehow. It's a battery optimization setting that lists which apps are able to run in the background. You have to make sure that the Fitbit app is one of the apps allowed to run in the background. It worked for me. I don't know if it will work for you. Good luck!
