Hi Roberto,

I found the answer to my question on going in my settings (on the Fitbit
app of my phone)
Clicked on "raccourcis De l'exercice" and was able to change the number of
interval and it's duration. Thanks for reaching out though!

Glad I bought this watch 🙂

Hello @Fanfanlalicorne, it's nice to have new faces in our Fitbit Community!

I'm wondering which type of exercise are you doing and what tracker have you paired to your account? I'm not able to see on your Community profile any tracker listed as pair. Also how are you tracking your exercise?

I'm asking this question in order to know more details and tell you if is possible to change the intervals or if is not, at least give you a workaround if there is a different option.

I'll be looking forward to your response. See you soon!

Hey @Fanfanlalicorne, thank you for keep me posted and my apologies for not being able to provide you an immediate answer. The bright side is you were able to find a solution and I'm sure by sharing your process to change the intervals here, it will be helpful to other users who might have the same question.

Stay awesome and hope to see you again.
