Hi @RailFanPeg, nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I saw you want to received call and text notifications from your Galaxy S9+ to your Fitbit tracker.

In this case make sure you have enable this feature in the Fitbit app. For more details, please refer to our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

If you have enable this feature and the issue still persists, the following post will give you all the troubleshooting steps to address this issue: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

Keep in mind the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are being tested to guarantee all the features are going to work as is expected. So far this phone still is not compatible, therefore some features may misbehave. For a current list of compatible Android devices, please visit: www.fitbit.com/devices.

See you around and hope this helps.

Do you know when they will be getting the Samsung S9 and the S9+ they are going to get them so that can receive text messages and phone calls.  I really like this feature.  Hope they get it set up soon.

I'm having having the same problem. I've always had iPhone but changed to Samsung s9 and haven't received text or phone call notifications since.

I've checked all that's been mentioned and still not working!

Good luck

Well I cant even get that. No phone notifications at all.

This is really annoying. They list it in available devices....why?

Check that your phone is set up to send notifications to it and your Fitbit is accepting them too.

I have followed all the instructions to enable calls and text to come to my  fitbit versa from my s9+ and it just doesn't come through.  When I had S7 it worked fine.  I read community's advice. Some get it to work and some dont. Does it have anything to do with what clock face you choose?
