3 issues, help!

1) I have a Samsung S7 Edge - great device with lots of features including fitness tracker akin to Fitbit. I use both - as both have features the other doesn't  - but I can't for the life of me get them to talk to each other! So I have to enter my dietary intake twice. Am I stuck with this?

2. To compound the above, I have often saved a meal for the wrong date / time. I can't find a way to simply edit the date and time. I end up deleting and entering the whole lot again!

3. There does not seem to be a feature - unlike the Samsung App which does - which allows you to save meals, so you can pick out a saved meal you eat regularly instead of laboriously entering each constituent part of the meal every time.

Much obliged........

Hello there @benjie, It's nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. There are many integrations supported or not supported that are able to connect with your Fitbit account. However in both cases we do not own the integration as this service is proved by the third party service who uses our open API.

In this case Akin does not figured among the supported apps, so it's hard to tell how the information will be shared across with your Fitbit app, since taking base on other integrations as an example, not all the information is shared, syncing only some stats that the third party see more relevant for their own services. For more details about third party app please review the following page: https://www.fitbit.com/partnership or contact the Customer support of the app you want to use to learn more about the functionality with Fitbit.

About your other question, if you logged an entry in the incorrect day, yes it is require to delete the food log and go to the correct day to enter again the information. With Fitbit is possible to edit food if you want to make changes to the details of the entry, but is not possible to change dates in the same log.

Regarding your last questions, it is possible to use frequent food from your Fitbit app. Now meals cannot be created in your mobile app, but is it possible to create a meal in your online-Dashboard. Review the following post to learn more about this. Once you have created a meal in your online-Dashboard this will appear in your custom food of the Fitbit app so you don't have to enter all the information everytime you want to log a meal.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have additional questions.
