I have a Oneplus3 (android), before the update the sync works with my charge 2 ( step, message, call, activity..) but since the update, my phone doesn't detect my phone anymore and there is this message when i try to synchronize " impossible to connect to obtain live data".

i try already to remove the app and reinstall, to turn of charge 2 but nothing works, the problem remain..

Please help me, i don't know what to do

Hi @NadineForg, good to see you again in our Fitbit Community. At the moment according to our List Of Compatible devices only the OnePlus One is listed as compatible. Some devices are still under test to guarantee all features of the App and trackers are fully supported.

If your devices is not listed as compatible, not necessarily mean that it wont work; although we cannot guarantee it will work flawlessly as it may present issues like the one you brought to my attention.

Since your mobile phone was syncing fine before the update, it wont hurt to try the following suggestions from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Hope this helps and let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you for answering, but the problem still exist. Is there a way to go back on the previous version?

Or to enter manually the data on the app ?

Hi @NadineForg, thank you for letting me know the issue still persists. Once you have updated the version of the Fitbit app, there is no way to downgrade to a different version.

If you are not able to sync with your mobile device due to compatibility issues, you can either sync with a different compatible device or with a computer if it is possible.

To address your last question, you can manually log your exercise by accessing to your weekly goal tile > this will take you to your exercise history and you will see a stopwatch icon in the upper right corner > Tap the stopwatch and change the selection to Log Previous and enter the exercise along with the details and press Log It to finish.

Let me know if you need additional help. See you around.
