Syncing Alta with Sony Z3 takes forever.

Hello good people,

When I want to sync my Alta, it takes three reloads and several times of swiping down to start sync before it actually syncs.

Have tried to reinstall my app and reinstall the tracker, but it keeps doing it.

Anyone have /any/ idea what might cause this issue?

Hello there @MlleFantome, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your Fitbit Alta is having troubles to sync with your phone despite the troubleshooting steps you have tried already.

I recommend to try the additional steps from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

If the issue persists try to follow these steps: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

Hope this get you back on track.
