After weeks of not being able to get my LG G6 to sync with my old Alta or my new Versa, I discovered that resetting the network settings on the phone seemed to clear out the problem. I would recommend this for anyone dealing with a non-supported device. Go into "settings", "general" and "reset" -- there are three options on my phone "Network settings reset" "reset app preferences" and "factory data reset". The Network Settings Reset just resets the bluetooth, wifi, and cell settings. I had to reenter my wifi passwords after, but the sync has been great since.

@kristin14 @kelp12 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! @kristin14 sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your LG Stylo 4 phone. The phone doesn't show as a compatible device but please try the suggestions @kelp12 kindly shared with us. Additionally go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and then restart your tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Open the Fitbit app and to start a sync and see if it worked.
Let me know how it goes!
