My Charge 3 has not been able to sync for the past 5 days. I have followed the recommendations multiple times and nothing works. I've reset the device, done a force stop of the app, uninstalled, reinstalled and still nothing. Sometimes it shows up on bluetooth and won't pair. Other times it won't show up at all. Very frustrating!

Same problem here for the exact same length of time. It's saying my battery is full, it's not. I have cleared user data, rebooted the device, deleted Fitbit and reinstalled it, turned Bluetooth off and on, removed the device from the app and set it up fresh...same thing every day. And I'm also not getting any sleep data, which I really really need.
