I have the fitbit Charge 2 for almost 2 years now. I have never had any problems with it until now. I bought a new smartphone a few weeks ago and since then I haven't gotten any notification from my phone on the fitbit. First I had a Motorola Moto G5 and now a Motorola One Vision. I just installed the app on my new phone and logged in. Everything synced but there is no connection via Bluetooth. My phone doesn't find my fitbit and I have tried everything so far. I deleted the fitbit app and installed it again. I restarted the charge 2. I deleted the charge 2 from the app and re-installed it, but nothing has helped so far. I get the notification that there are bluetooth issues, but no solution so far. What should I do?

Having read many posts on here I have seen similar queries from people who all have the same issue in some way or another myself included
At the moment, there is a new batch of mobiles from various manufacturers that are not compatible with either Fitbit trackers or their software,
Here is a quick and easy fix to get you going again ( or some way towards)
Sign into your account ON LINE, look for the + set up a device. option
and follow the instructions. You must ensure that you have bluetooth activated
and is best performed on either a PC or Tablet.
Your tracker is Automatically added to the app on your phone, and you should also see it
in your list of bluetooth devices.
Chances are, notifications still wont work, Millions of us must wait for an update to the software
which will be god knows when, please don't hold your breath.
