My app is saying that it can't find my tracker, even though it's next to my phone. Based on the lights, the tracker seems to be logging the steps just no syncing. I've already tried the online advice - force stopped the app, Bluetooth off then on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app - but no joy.

Have you tried restarting the fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work first time

Hi, no haven't tried that today but will give it a go when i get home. I've had to restart it once this week already because the double tap wasn't working. Won't be happy if i need to keep restarting it, only had it a month!
