I have been trying to sync my Verse watch to my computer so that I can download music and it will not sync. My watch says unable to find devices

@Maisah Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your computer. You will need to have a Windows 10 computer running the Fitbit app from the Windows app store. You can follow these instructions to fix any syncing issue or these others to transfer music to your Versa.

Thank you for responding to me. I have a Samsung Chromebook so I won't be able to sync music to my watch. Also I want to know why won't my watch pick Wi-Fi signals?

I have windows 10 and it will not sync up. out of the dozens of times ive reset the watch to factory, i had it sync up once only to not recognize the device when i needed to update it. the reason i want it to sync to my computer is so i can transfer music to the watch. please fix this issue.
