A couple weeks ago, shortly after the new app version rolled out, my charge 5 suddenly stopped syncing. I went through all the troubleshooting steps including finally deleting and reinstalling the app, only to have the app incapable of logging me into my account. I'd click login and the screen would just turn white and nothing would happen. Saw a few other posts indicating the same thing which suggested something was going on with the servers causing this problem, so I waited a day and was able to login the next day and started syncing my charge 5 as normal after that. Those topics were marked as "answered".
But here we are again, as of last night my charge 5 wouldn't sync to the app, tried again this morning and no luck. So I went through the troubleshooting steps again... uninstalled and reinstalled the app again... and yet again when I try to login I get the white screen and can't login.
Is this going to be a recurring theme with this new app or what? Is there a place we can at least go to see the status of whatever server issues are causing the problem so I don't waste my time trying to login to the app if it just isn't going to work yet anyway?

If there's a system wide issue with the Fitbit servers, you will see a banner at the top of the community forums acknowledging the issue.
