Google Pixel Watch 2 - Sleep score is not showing

Hello, I am new to Fitbit.

I have purchased the Google Pixel Watch 2 and the sleep score only works for the first night after that I keep getting these basic sleep details. The watch was worn the same way as the first night with 80% + battery before I went to bed.

Not sure if anyone is having the same issue.

Is there any way to resolve this?

Thanks

Regards,

Robert

Hi Chugalug,

I think I might have a solution to the issue.

Firstly, I have changed the Sleep sensitivity to "sensitive" from the App settings in fitbit.

Secondly, I restarted my watch before I go to bed.

So far, I have last two night with sleep score.

The Sleep Sensitivity setting is definitely not the fix for this. All that does is change the amount of sleep movements recognized as restless/awake.

When I didn't get a sleep log and score 2 nights ago, I restarted my watch. This seemed to work and I got a proper sleep log & score this morning. I don't think you need to change the sensitivity (I didn't), but restarting the watch seems to be a place to start with troubleshooting.

Hello @giovannitoso

You need to use the fitbit.com site to change your sleep sensitivity since you're an Android user.

  • Click on Dashboard at the top of this screen/page (between Help and Store)
  • Click on the gear icon in the upper right and select Settings. This will open to your Personal Info page
  • Scroll down until you see Sleep Sensitivity. Tap on the arrow on the right to open the setting where you can change it from Normal to Sensitive.

Personally, I don't think you need to change the sensitivity. But, you can try it and see if you get a sleep log & score after making the change.
